where "natural" means "as born and with EQ" but "without spells or skills".
Rounding is done as usual (i.e. a bonus of 6.5 is +7, a bonus of 7.45 is
still +7). For example someone with strength 18 and constitution 18 (with
EQ on) will get a bonus of 9 strength points. The max. strength is 18/100.
