   Marksman gives you the ability to use all your skill and intelligence to
max out the efficiency of a fireweapon. With calm targetting and experience
you will select a better portion of the target than you have time to in 
combat, and thus effectively doubling the damage of your weapon. Also the
probability to hit is not dependant on your weapon, but solely your skills.
