(must not be located at a road but  in the 
 'wilderness' like plains, desert, forest)
 
* Hut at a road:                            1500k 
(must not be located in the immediate vicinity 
 of a city, that is, at least 5 or 6 rooms away)
(this price applies to clan homes as well)
 
* Room in a city:                           1500k 
(a room/house in any city but Freyburg)     
 
* Room in Freyburg:                         2000k 
(a room/house in Freyburg)                  
 
* SF Playerhome                             1000-2000k
(a room/house in a SF world)
