   Casting poison on food or drink (containers) will poison them.
Eating poisoned food/drinks will poison the person eating or drinking.

A person who is poisoned will suffer 1 points of damage for each level
of the spell every hour, and does not regenerate! (so it's a pretty good
idea to carry a potion of remove poison with you on journeys)
