There are some rooms in the reamls, where you cannot hear a noise from the
outside nor any noise will get out. This just means that no one will hear
gossips, shouts, tells  and other channels and cannot use these channels
while being inside a soundproof room. Groupmembers which are in the same
(soundproof) room will still hear the groupchannel.
