Many mobs do not only fight with normal means against you,
they can also use special skills or different tactics.
You will see mobs that can group together or use eq lying
around, as well as mage/cleric/warrior/thief mobs with
all their respective spells/skills (e.g. bash, kick, multiple
attacks, stealing, poisoning, firebreathing, etc.pp.).

There are casting mobs in the mud, i.e. mobs that cast spells
on themselves and on players. There are 'mage' and 'cleric' type
mobs that will cast spells depending on -their- (not your) align-
ment.
