General:

- Not more than 50 rooms per clan _including_ PH's !
- One portal per clan, one spec_proc/qengine per clan
                       (additional to the clan item)
- The whole area after the guard must be accessible to
  non clan members (except PH's of course); this means
  there can be no passing rooms that are PH's and there
  must at least be one room that is not teleport and
  not-lethal and that you can leave into the rest of
  the clan area.
- One secret exit covering one room is allowed
- If there is any enterable obj being used to get into
  the home the keyword for entering has to be obvious.

The keyword list of the guard must contain the word guard !
All flags for the clan-guard are set automatically to provide
equal guards for all clans. The only difference are the 
mobskills.

They can have MAGE _or_ FIREBREATH _or_ THIRD_ATTACK !
